We present an ecrine anexial carcinoma of the back in a 77 year old male with a long evolution. We do a surgical resection followed by a
deep freeze of the wound to avoid dissemination of the neoplasic cells. With this procedure we avoid the difficulties of the therapy of
tumors of the back caused by the distribution of the lymphatic network.
