Sclerosis tuberose is a hereditary dominant autosomic neurocutaneous syndrome with variable expression, and characterized by mental retardation, epilepsy and sebaceous adenoma. Three clinical cases of sclerosis tuberosa with variable expression, all of them with facial angiofibromas. The dermatoaesthetic treatment involves a combination of radiofrequency, manual dermabrasion and liquid nitrogen cryospray. This treatment proved to be a good option for the ambulatory patient and a shorter recovery period.
