We have had over twenty years of experience using cryotherapy to manage patients with angioma, verrucae, mucocel, chondrodermatitis, granul omapyogenioum, molluscum, contagiousum, nevus (epithelial and junction), keratosis, seborrboic, adenoma, sebaceum, keloid, basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, Bowen's disease etc, and we have found that it is a safe, successful modality of treatment for those disorders depends on careful patience evaluation and selection. More than 20.000 cases of head, face and neck have been treated by liquid nitrogen cryotherapy, most of them especially excellent cosmetic results have been achieved then, and did not ask for further surgery. In our cryo room used "We- I dismount Cryo-unit" which was designed and made by professor Guo himself The lesion selected for cryosurgery in general without any anesthesia and no preliminary premedications is necessary. All patients were treated in our polyclinic and cryo-procedure different from routine applying method is spray-poucing method.
