Taking into account that temperatures between 4 and 7 C destroy melanocytes, the therapeutical application for the treatment of lentigo maligno is presented. Besides the possible association with surgery for the treatment of malignanat malanoma in its varieties nodular or superficial extensive as well as its palliative use in the metastasis is showed.
